The central courtyard, a rectangular-shaped space overlooked by the three main facades and the rooms of the new hotel, is the social hub of the entire building and outdoor space. The east edge has a single main element that enriches the space, so as to maximize the perspective view open to the entire courtyard. It is a flush water mirror capable of reflecting the surrounding construction to make it a pivotal and protagonist image. The central part of the courtyard will be characterized by a large lawn with trees selected and arranged in a precise and specific manner.

The green backdrop, located on the west edge of the courtyard, creates a tree-lined scene that physically encloses the space while maintaining visual continuity between the areas. This area will be characterized by pyramidal trees, arranged according to an orthogonal grid that recalls the architectural geometries.

The private garden of the rooms will be made private and intimate thanks to the abundance of trees and shrubs in which guests can immerse themselves. From inside their rooms and from the lawn in front of the building, customers will be able to enjoy the view of a rich green system arranged in an organic way.

A characteristic element of this garden is the variety of plants that mimic the luxuriant essence of nature. It is a “secret forest” with plants, fragrant flowers and natural meadows.
