Parco Marittimo

2018 – 2024

The project of the masterplan of the coastal territory of the Municipality of Ravenna, called the Maritime Park, has the dual purpose of recovering the natural pine forest, dune and coastal system typical of the coast of Ravenna and of enhancement of this ecosystem so as to make it usable by the local and tourist community.

The project of the masterplan of the coastal territory of the Municipality of Ravenna, called the Maritime Park, has the dual purpose of recovering the natural pine forest, dune and coastal system typical of the coast of Ravenna and of enhancement of this ecosystem so as to make it usable by the local and tourist community. 

Motocross track 04PARK

2022 – 2024

The area where the sports facility and motocross track of Montecoralli is located in a natural amphitheater bordered by small streams, canals and wooded areas as if to naturally protect the area. The widespread agriculture in the neighboring lands, on the other hand, has given room to the motocross field, which exploits the natural hilly terrain of the land to generate a path full of slopes, with climbs, descents and natural obstacles that make the system particularly appreciated for national and international events.

The design of the masterplan of the Oltreferrovia Park conceived by the MC A – Mario Cucinella Architects studio, with PAISÀ Landscape, was born from the will of the Municipality of Carpi to create a mediation between the historic city and the extensive agricultural space located behind the railway line .
The participatory path offered the local community the unique opportunity to actively contribute to the design of a space that would respond directly to their needs.

Oltreferrovia park
