The design choices involved in the design of the green system of the Banca Ifis office building are aimed at the redevelopment of the existing building and at the creation of green areas with different characteristics to offer relaxation and leisure areas for workers during breaks from their activities.

The objective of the redevelopment of the building for the Banca Ifis headquarters, located in via Borghetto 5, was to reorganize and make the entire building (LEED certified) more efficient through a coordinated series of targeted interventions, introducing improvement solutions in terms of environmental quality and natural lighting for the living and working environments inside this property, enhancing the internal and external spaces of the building.

The green spaces designed are a green pergola with shrubs and climbers to shade a terrace for leisure, a roof terrace with integrated pots and a “vertical garden” of 150 square meters, built on a blind wall of the building, designed with greenbox technology which, in addition to improving the aesthetic quality of the space, offers numerous benefits including natural conditioning, reduction of energy costs and an extension of the useful life of the structure.
