The urban regeneration project of the “EX ENEL” area involves the creation of two areas: one for territorial amenities and one for residential use which have been interpreted as a single interpenetrated and unitary system. The generating element of the Masterplan is the central park, designed by organic lines that intercept the signs of the territory giving continuity to the pedestrian and cycle paths, a modern garden designed to integrate different functions and spatialities that will guarantee its functionality and safety throughout the day, offering the city large green areas for events and free time, sports areas and cultural services, distributed along a widespread system of cycle-pedestrian connections that connect the main key points of access and interface with the city.
