The Bayside Central project is conceived to become the new hub in the life of Gibraltar, connecting the historic center with Marina Bay and engaging with the unique landscape of the Rock.
The landscape project develops mainly on the ground floor, creating a welcoming public square equipped with sculptural furnishings and Mediterranean vegetation to create a new landmark for Gibraltar.

The perimeter of the architectural volumes will be enriched with continuous planters full of vegetation that follow the curvilinear geometries of the various floors. The orientation of the square and terraces guarantees natural light and ventilation to the apartments, while offering a generous outdoor space shaded and enriched with vegetation.

The proposed urban regeneration project aims to transform the area into a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood, combining residential, office and retail units around the public square which will play a crucial role in community engagement.
